Suggys Gym is a family run gym that was established in 1988. Over the decades Dean and his incredible team of dedicated coaches and personal trainers have seen unrivalled success in fitness development and competition in both Boxing and Kickboxing. 

For the past 23 years Suggys Gym has been home to multiple National Amateur Champions and Finalists as well as many Midlands Champions for Boxing. It is currently home to the ISKA 63.5kg World Champion and has seen multiple other World, European, Commonwealth, British, National and Area champions over the past 3 decades.

Its world class training facilities in the heart of Newark are open to all abilities, fitness levels and ages from five years upwards. Its inclusive and safe environment make it the number one place to go if you are looking to learn to box, develop your martial arts skills, get fit, lose or gain weight, improve your mental health or just try something new and meet new people.
